Yet again, Helliwell & Co have been awarded the top prize in the British Property Awards for 2022 for the London W5 area.
These awards recognise the top performing estate agents in the area and identify those agents that stand out from the crowd for their attention to detail and for their excellent customer service. Originally established to help consumers find the agent that will deliver the best service, these awards now set the benchmark for the standards that are required to succeed in a competitive market.
Teams of mystery shoppers, posing as customers, are sent from town to town to challenge and assess each agent against 25 predetermined criteria. One of the most important determinants of success is the agent’s approach to customer service and their ability to help individual customers find the right property for them, whether buying or renting. The mystery shoppers will also pose as vendors to evaluate how each agent will manage the sale and their ability to support them through the process.
Alongside each individual assessment, the sales performance record of the agent is analysed. For example, how quickly properties have been sold once on the market and the proportion of completed sales. The agents website and online presence is also considered in the final judging,
Helliwell & Co Managing Director, Joshua Helliwell is delighted with yet another award. “To win a Gold Award for the third time is a real tribute to the hard work and commitment of the Helliwell & Co team” says Joshua. “We take customer service very seriously as we know that this is what builds long term trust and loyalty from our clients. We have many clients who have come back to us for our support every single time they move house. It makes us very proud to be part of their property journey whether they are renting for the first time, upgrading to a bigger, family house or choosing to downsize later in life”.
Helliwell & Co will continue to make customer service their priority. It would therefore be no surprise to see even more awards in the years to come.
