Helliwell & Co Opens New Lettings Office in the Heart of Ealing

A sense of intrigue surrounds the restoration of one of the most charming shopfronts in Ealing as it is transformed into Helliwell & Co’s second office. The well-known local estate agents have outgrown the original office in St Mary’s Road so have expanded into a second office across the road that will be dedicated exclusively to their rapidly growing lettings and property management activities.

Built in the early 1900’s and previously the home of a print works for a local newspaper, the new site is being carefully developed to retain and restore many of the original features, creating a warm and welcoming space in which to discuss rental solutions with prospective Landlords and tenants.

“The lettings side of our business is becoming increasingly important” says founder and Managing Director Joshua Helliwell. “We know that Landlords need an outstanding level of service from their agents, so this office gives us the opportunity to have a team of people who specialise in every aspect of letting a property, from valuations and marketing to negotiating a tenancy. Alongside our recently expanded property sales team, the opening of the second office demonstrates our commitment to the area and is evidence that we are here to stay”
